Order Details

Order in the online shop:

Simply put your selected plants in the basket. The shop will calculate the total purchase value including shipping cost. When you have finished shopping, press the “basket” button to open your shopping cart and follow the prompts in the shop.

Important:

  1. The shipping fee applies to Germany at the beginning and will be changed after you entered your country or if the delivery method is “Pickup".
  2. Payment in advance is payable only after we called you and told you the shipping date!
  3. Minimum order: 50€ value of goods

Fill in your order and all address fields. Your signature is your order confirmation for us. Without signature, we unfortunately cannot deliver the daylilies.

In the field ("Waiting List:") you can decide what we should do in case one or more of your cultivars is not available. In case you chose "Waiting List yes". We'll send you the plant as soon as it is available again. Alternatively, you can chose "similar cultivar", and we pick a substitute that is similar in habit, color and price. Or you can have us remove the cultivar from your order.

We ship with DHL and the package should arrive usually within 1-2 business days. In addition, included in our shipping costs is a liability up to € 500. Order tracking is possible with DHL.

Shipping fees are calculated according to the received order list and do not change even if a second shipping box (eg. waiting list) is required. Units greater than 150 by arrangement.

Payment and Prices:


Payment methods:

  1. Direct debit: The amount charged to your account after you have received the plants (Only in Germany).
  2. Payment in advance: you pay the amount after we contacted you by telephone that your order is ready to ship.
  3. Cash on pickup
For orders abroad we cannot offer direct debit due to high bank charges. We ask for your understanding. The prices are always binding with the date indicated on the order form based on the price list valid for that date (eg as of 02/2013). Should the prices between the time of ordering and delivery change or lower, we guarantee that we compensate this offset by the size of the plant or a bonus plant. We always deliver bare root plants. Potted plants are based on a different price calculation.

Retention of Title:

The goods remain our property until payment of the final invoice amount and all additional claims. Fulfillment is Irschenberg, venue Miesbach.

Complaints:

Because daylilies are live plants, we ask you to communicate complaints within 2 days of receipt (based on postmark or receipt) by fax, otherwise the delivery is accepted.

Warranty:

A growth guarantee can not be given because the appropriate treatment at receiving and planting decides about success, and this is outside our control. A guarantee for the varietal identity can only be given up to the invoice amount. Justified complaints will be compensated up to the amount of plant value.
